Thank you to everyone in attendance for not only showing your support for Jewish life atPenn State, but for your passion and dedication to building an engaged Penn State student community.

The new leadership structure offers a radical rethink of what Jewish life can look like on campus, emphasizing innovation and social entrepreneurship within all facets of Jewish life. Aligning with President Barron’s initiative, Invent Penn State, Penn State Hillel will now offer students even more avenues to create, explore and enrich their lives Jewishly.

“Hillel has been a true partner in enhancing the campus experience for all of our students. Its stellar record of service, involving students from every corner of campus, is a wonderful complement to Penn State students’ academic studies and helps to bind the Penn State family together.” – President Eric Barron

Jewish student leadership opportunities will be available through four different outlets: Strategic Executive Board, Hillel Programming Board, Individuals and Student Groups Creating Jewish Experiences, and Campus Engagement Interns. With the new structure, Penn State Hillel will dramatically expand its impact and touch the lives of the 5,000 Jewish students on campus.
