The Franklin C. Ash Summer Internship Program is a seven-week professional development experience for college students entering their junior or senior year. Running from June 15 through July 31, the program provides placements in high-impact nonprofit roles, ranging from Jewish communal organizations like the ADL, Jewish Relief Agency, and the Jewish Federation to various other social service fields based on student interest. Interns participate in a community service project and professional networking while earning a $2000 stipend awarded upon completion of the summer. This program is open to all students who possess a high level of leadership experience and a desire to explore the nonprofit career field.

Jewish Learning Fellowship (JLF)

What is the Jewish Learning Fellowship? We’re glad you asked! JLF is a 10-week experiential, conversational seminar for students looking to deepen their understanding of Judaism and the world on their own terms. It is an opportunity for you to surround yourself with friends, create a community, and navigate life’s big questions with mentors who value your growth even after JLF concludes for the semester.

Service Engagement Internship (SEI)

The Service Engagement Internship (SEI) – powered by Repair the World and Hillel International – supports student interns at Hillels around the world to engage their peers in service, civic engagement, and social justice work. As a paid-by-stipend position, service engagement interns will host volunteering opportunities and social justice events at Hillel and in our community.
