From intimate meeting rooms to expansive event spaces, the Gutterman Family Center offers a variety of settings to fit your needs. Gather around the warmth of our Fireplace Lounge, make a grand entrance on the Monumental Stairs, or take your event outside to the Terrace. Need more room? Meeting Rooms 1, 2, and 3 can be combined using moveable divider walls to create one large, open space — perfect for conferences, presentations, and beyond.
Note: If your rental request is in proximity to a major Hillel event, for example: Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, or Passover, we may have limited accommodations available near those significant gatherings.

Fees: Professional service fees available upon request including security ($180), full audio/visual equipment ($30). For large-scale gatherings, there will be a $160 fee, or an event with food. For small events without food, no cleaning fee applies.

Logistics & Policies
The GFC is open to the public Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Public parking is available in the Maxxen garage off Heister Street, with additional street parking along Beaver and College Avenue. All pricing includes setup (tables & chairs), breakdown (tables & chairs), and a staff representative for the duration of your event.
Please note that alcohol may only be served by a licensed bartender, and consumption is strictly limited to guests 21 and older.
Cancellation Policy
External Groups: A non-refundable deposit ($100 per room) is required to confirm your booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event will result in 50% of the total payment being retained.
Registered Student Organizations: A deposit ($100 per room) is required to confirm your booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event will result in total payment back.
