Jonah Sunshine

Jonah was born in Charlotte, North Carolina and lived in Maryland, Texas, and Florida before moving to State College. He attended the University of Miami and graduated in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree of business, where he attended the university’s Hillel frequently. Since then, he moved back to his family in Dallas and worked for a year in the transportation industry but decided to pursue a career with Hillel instead. Jonah is an avid sports fan who follows basketball, baseball, and football very closely. He is thrilled to be working at Penn State Hillel as a Springboard Fellow and is looking forward to making connections with students to help them find Jewish paths in their own ways!
