Jewish Learning Fellowship

What is the Jewish Learning Fellowship? We’re glad you asked! JLF is a 10-week experiential, conversational seminar for students looking to deepen their understanding of Judaism and the world on their own terms. It is an opportunity for you to surround yourself with friends, create a community, and navigate life’s big questions with mentors who value your growth even after JLF concludes for the semester.

JLF “Life’s Big Questions” is our premiere JLF curriculum, especially excellent for first time JLF applicants. The course focuses on creating space for open and honest discussion on topics such as; friendship, Israel, honesty, sex and intimacy, drugs and alcohol, and many many more!

JLF 2.0 follows JLF: Life’s Big Questions and is a more complex version of similar questions in Jewish life. This content is only available to alumni of JLF who want more, and are excited to stay engaged with the JLF community.

Fall 2024 applications are now open! If you are interested in learning more, please reach out to Rabbi Rob Gleisser at rabbirob@pennstatehillel.org.
